The system has a ventilation element (1) fitted with a fan, and a fan housing (2) equipped with vents. A channel system is equipped with channels for supplying air to the ventilation element, where each of the channels is connected to an opening of the fan housing. A flow regulator is assembled in the fan housing. A measurement system controls movement of the flow regulator. The flow regulator is controlled by a central electronic circuit board. The measurement system is established in a vicinity of the flow regulator.
