PURPOSE: A wig fixing device and a wig fixing method are provided, which makes loop pierced used semi-permanently and facilitates shampooing. CONSTITUTION: A wig fixing method comprises: a step that pierces a loop in the user's scalp and fixes the loop on the scalp; and a step of connecting a hook(2) attached to the wig(3) to the loop fixed to the scalp. When a user takes off a wig, the wig can be taken off easily by releasing the hook connected to the loop.
