PURPOSE: A loan product sales apparatus and a loan product selling method for giving a lowering of interest rate level are provided to increase advertisement effect of an advertiser by using loan product as an advertisement device. CONSTITUTION: An affiliated client contracting unit(110) receives consortium support funds about contract from a consortium client terminal. An interest rate determiner(120) decides the consortium support funds at the interest rate. A loan product generator(130) generates the loan goods having the interest rate. A customer contracting unit receives the application of joining from the customer terminal.
