PURPOSE: A remote financial transaction process server for obtaining an approval of a client through the predetermined customer terminal is provided to secure non-repudiation and integrity about financial transaction and obtain the approval of the client through the predetermined customer terminal. CONSTITUTION: An information transmitting unit(130) transmits finance transaction admission request-information to a client terminal. An information receiving unit receives the finance transaction admission information corresponding to the finance transaction admission request-information from the customer terminal. A financial transaction processing unit(140) processes the financial transaction through the client financial transaction based on approval information.
