<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncturing needle cartridge, projecting a puncturing needle from the tip only in puncture, and inhibiting a once used puncturing needle from being reused. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The puncturing needle cartridge mounted on a puncturing device body 101 includes: a lancet body 203 having a puncturing needle; and a puncturing needle holder 201 movably storing the lancet body 203, wherein the lancet body 203 includes an arm means 302, and the puncturing needle holder 201 has a means 403 to be locked inside, which is cooperated with the arm means 302. When the puncturing needle cartridge 102 from which a puncturing needle protective cap 202 is removed is mounted on the puncturing device body, the arm means 302 and the means 403 to be locked are cooperated so that the arm means 302 is elastically deformed outward, and the arm means 302 is abutted on the puncturing device body to inhibit preparation for puncture.
