PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insoles and shoes which can efficiently reduce loss of energy of exercise and can support movements of a player on the basis of the four-stance theory. SOLUTION: Each of the insoles 3a is provided with a first convex part 32a and a second convex part 35a on the surface 39 of an insole body 30a on the basis of the behavior of feet of a user and the trajectory of the weight shift of his or her foot bottoms when he or she is walking. If the gravity center of the foot bottom of the user is positioned at the side of his or her toe and inside when he or she naturally stands, the first protrusion 32a is formed around his or her arch of the foot and the second protrusion 35a is formed so that it may extend diagonally backward from his thenar eminence toward his or her dorsum of foot.
