<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silicone composition containing silicone polymer particles and having excellent storage stability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a dispersion liquid of the silicone-based polymer particles having excellent storage stability such as free from large aging change of viscosity of the silicone composition containing the silicone-based polymer particles includes addition of an organic solvent to an aqueous latex containing the silicone-based polymer particles to agglomerate the silicone-based polymer particles, washing of the agglomerate, redispersion of the agglomerate in an organic solvent having affinity to the silicone-based polymer particles, and addition of an epoxy compound to the obtained particle dispersed solution.
