<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion of a fin of a heat exchanger even when it is used for a long time in a region with high water feed pressure, in a bathroom heater with a sauna function which has a steam generating means 10 provided within a heater body 2 and including a fin-tube heat exchanger 11 for supplying a heating medium heated by a heat source machine and a spray nozzle 13 for applying water to the heat exchanger 11 and supplies steam generated by the steam generating means 10 to inside of a bathroom. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 11 is arranged in an erected posture, and a collision plate 12 is provided above the heat exchanger 11. Water is sprayed from the spray nozzle 13 toward the collision plate 12, and is fell down from the upper side to the heat exchanger 11 via the collision plate 12. The lateral part 12a on the opposite side to the part where the spray nozzle 13 is arranged of the collision plate 12 is brought into contact with an upper edge of the fin 11a of the heat exchanger 11, and the collision plate 12 is erected from the upper edge of the fin 11a in the width direction position of the fin 11a through which a tube 11b of the heat exchanger 11 is penetrated.
