<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which measures the fatigue degree of a driver at the time of automobile driving, and emits an alarming depending on the fatigue degree. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electrode sensor is set on the right and left palm sections which grip the steering wheel of an automobile, and an action potential which is emitted from a living body is measured and evaluated as the fatigue degree (stress). Also, the measurements of the fatigue degree are continuously performed with a specified interval, and the transition of the fatigue degree is grasped. An alarming buzzer is sounded depending on the fatigue degree and makes this fatigue degree measuring-alarming apparatus for automobile contribute to the safe driving-safety control.
