PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to simplify a process of manufacturing the battery pack by including a case assembly in which a cover case and a fixing member are integrally formed using one die and to improve productivity and effectiveness. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises: an exposed cell; a protective circuit module which is electrically connected to the exposed cell; and a case assembly(130) which sticks to the exposed cell and is composed of a cover case(131) and a fixing member(133). The cover case includes an upper case(131a), a first side cover(131b), and a second side cover(131c), which are formed on both sides of the upper case. The fixing member includes a first side, a second side(133b), a third side which is connected to one end of the first side and the second side, and a fourth side which is connected to the other end of the first side and the second side. |
