PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonmagnetic toner which prevents fogging and toner scattering and ensures good developability, in a noncontact developing method in which toner is allowed to fly by a DC electric field, and a nonmagnetic color toner set and an image forming method using the nonmagnetic toner. SOLUTION: The nonmagnetic toner is used in a noncontact developing method in which toner is allowed to fly by a DC electric field to perform development. The toner includes toner base particles containing a binder resin, a colorant and a charge control agent, and specific external additives (A) to (C), wherein the amount of the external additive (C) added is 0.3-2.2 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the toner base particles, and the toner base particles have a volume median particle size of 6.0-10.0 μm and include 12-30% by number of particles of ≤5 μm and 5-10 vol.% of particles of ≥12 μm.
