The present invention relates to a polymer matrix, multilayer film, comprising: a polymer substrate, and buffer layers of a cured substance obtained by UV and thermal curing of a UV and thermally curable buffer composition which are layered onto the upper and lower surfaces of the polymer substrate. The present invention also provides a production method for the multilayer film.
