PURPOSE: A parking lift using a balancing device is provided to ascend and descend a parking cage using potential energy of a weight. CONSTITUTION: A parking lift using a balancing device comprises a parking cage(1), a gear amplifier(3), a balancing device(4), and a weight(6). The parking cage is hung from one side of the balancing device. The weight is connected to a weight moving device of the balancing device.
