PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively achieve cool feeling for a sitting person by vertically moving a blower according to physical constitution such as the height of the sitting person. SOLUTION: A vehicle seat includes a headrest 2 for placing the head of the sitting person and a seat back 3 for placing the back of the sitting person and having the headrest 2 mounted on an upper part so as to raise and lower the headrest 2. The headrest 2 integrally includes a headrest body 21 for receiving the head of the sitting person and a stay 22 formed in a lower part of the headrest body 21 so as to be inserted into the seat back 3 from the upper part of the seat back 3 for supporting the headrest body 21.
