PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is not easily twisted or shifted even by tension repeatedly generated when a wearer walks and does not easily give a wearing feeling and the feeling of incompatibility without damaging the air permeability of a back surface sheet by an adhesive part. SOLUTION: A panty liner 1A is the vertically long one to be attached to underwear through the adhesive parts 6a, 6b, 6c and 6d provided on the skin non-abutting surface of the back surface sheet 3. The adhesive parts 6a, 6b, 6c and 6d are provided at the longitudinal direction front and back end parts 1a and 1b and longitudinal direction both side parts 1c and 1d of the panty liner 1A respectively. The band of a prescribed width extending from the center part 1e of the panty liner 1A to both corners 1ac and 1ad at the longitudinal direction front of the panty liner 1A and both corners 1bc and 1bd at the back and the center part 1e are turned to a non-adhesive part 7 without the presence of the adhesive parts 6a, 6b, 6c and 6d.
