A PTFE resin does not require the hot coining method and is more difficult to deform than conventional PTFE resins. A polytetrafluoroethylene molded body is obtained from a crosslinking polytetrafluoroethylene that possesses at least one type of reactive functional group selected from the group that comprises cyano group (—CN), a first functional group and a second functional group.
