摘要 <p>The die casting system comprises a metering furnace (1) for supplying and delivering a metered quantity of liquid metal such as aluminum alloy over a rising tube (12) and a die casting machine with a die casting cylinder (23) and a working piston (24), which injects the metered quantity into a die casting mold (20), where the rising tube and the working cylinder are connected with one another for transferring the liquid metal to the filling end of the working cylinder over a lower transverse opening in a cylinder wall. The transfer connection is created as a permanent connection. The die casting system comprises a metering furnace (1) for supplying and delivering a metered quantity of liquid metal such as aluminum alloy over a rising tube (12) and a die casting machine with a die casting cylinder (23) and a working piston (24), which injects the metered quantity into a die casting mold (20), where the rising tube and the working cylinder are connected with one another for transferring the liquid metal to the filling end of the working cylinder over a lower transverse opening in a cylinder wall. The transfer connection is created as a permanent connection in the lower area of the filling end of the die casting cylinder, and is formed as coupling, which comprises a tubular nozzle made of ceramic and a compensator, where the tubular nozzle end proceeds into the lower transverse opening of the die casting cylinder and the compensator connects an upper end of the rising tube vibration-decoupled with the tubular nozzle. A decoupling chamber, in which the liquid metal rises against an air cushion during transferring process, is formed in the area of the upper end of the rising tube and lower tubular section of the tubular nozzle. The air cushion holds off the liquid metal before contacting the compensator. A level sensor has a pressure detector connected with the gas cushion. The decoupling chamber is formed in an intermediate space of the tubular nozzle and formed to a tubular ceramic bowl, whose base has an opening connected with an interior of the rising tube and into which an upper opening of the lower tubular section of the tubular nozzle submerges. The gas cushion is formed in the upper intermediate area of the tubular wall of the ceramic bowl and the tubular nozzle, where the compensator blocks the decoupling chamber in the area of the gas cushion. The compensator is formed as a corrugated-cylindrical metal bag and the tubular nozzle has a flange, to which the upper end of the metal bag is fixed in a sealed manner. The compensator is formed as a corrugated disk, which sealably connects the upper end of the ceramic bowl with the tubular wall of the tubular wall of the nozzle. A heating sheath is provided in the area of the tubular nozzle to prevent the liquid metal conveyed through the tube interior. The die casting cylinder has a reception in the lower area of its filling end for the transferring connection, filling transverse opening for the liquid metal and a ventilation transverse opening in the upper area of the filling end. An independent claim is included for a method for operating die casting system.</p>
