FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure is designed for forming fixture elements on external side of case of air grating; also fixture elements are designed for securing case of grating in ventilation channel. The procedure consists in stage of fabrication of the distributor case in essence out of fine sheet metal by the process of its deep drawing into a work piece finish shape. Further a lower part of the case component work piece is cut off to create an aperture for air flow in the case of the distributor. Then the cut off part is removed out of the lower part; two or more bands left in the grating case are successively bent over an edge of the part of the grating case, thus forming the fixture elements. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability and simplification of manufacture. ^ 3 cl, 8 dwg |
