PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that there are the need for a more foreseeable and reliable knee implant system that provides a method of preparing diaphyseal end bones, where an implant can be arranged at an appropriate position despite interferences by hard bones, and also the need for the knee implant system to treat abnormalities on one side of the diaphyseal end. SOLUTION: The knee prosthesis kit includes single and double-winged diaphyseal end sleeve components 24, 26. A cavity is prepared by the milling guide and reamer contained in the kit to receive the diaphyseal end sleeve components 24, 26. This cavity is prepared by rotating the reamer on the milling guide part. These instruments work so that the cavity can position side by side with the intramedullary canal notwithstanding relative hardness among the bones located around the cavity.
