<p>Disclosed is a thermoelectric conversion module which is largely occupied by a thermoelectric conversion material and capable of being directly installed in a heat source made of a conductive material such as metal having an excellent heat transfer property, easily applies a temperature difference, and has an excellent thermoelectric conversion efficiency. In a thermoelectric conversion module for generating electric power by applying a temperature difference to a pn junction pair formed by joining a p-type oxide thermoelectric conversion material and an n-type oxide thermoelectric conversion material, at least one surface out of a pair of surfaces (20a, 20b) to which the temperature difference is to be applied is covered with an insulating film (21a, 21b). Both of the pair of surfaces (20a, 20b) to which the temperature difference is to be applied are covered with insulating films (21a, 21b). Surfaces other than the surfaces (20a, 20b) to which the temperature difference is to be applied are covered with insulating films (21c, 21d, 21e, 21f). The p-type oxide thermoelectric conversion material, the n-type oxide thermoelectric conversion material, an insulating material disposed therebetween, and an insulating film covering a predetermined region of the surface are sintered simultaneously.</p> |
