PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-purifying cartridge capable of more easily setting additive concentration, and to provide a water purifier including the water-purifying cartridge. SOLUTION: An air trap Aa is formed on the upper part in an additive accommodation chamber S1 so that an additive 16 is immersed in introduced water in a water immersion region Aw located on an lower side than the air trap Aa and, in the additive accommodation chamber S1, the additive 16 is accommodated from a part serving as the water immersion region Aw to a part serving as the air trap Aa. Therein, as an immersion height setting mechanism for setting an immersion height of the additive 16 in the water immersion region Aw by setting a pressure of air trapped in the air trap Aa, a cap 28 on which through-holes 28b serving as fluid aperture of an air-bleeding passage are formed is disposed.
