<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera provided with an image file name link device, which chronologically and identifiably stores image files photographed by a plurality of digital cameras. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The digital camera has a wireless communication means, and a link control means for linking to other cameras through the wireless communication means. The link control means uses a link image file name when writing the image file into a storage means, and transmits link data related to at least the link image file name through the wireless communication means. Then, if the image file is linked, the link control means which receives the link data related to the link image file name through the wireless communication means uses the link image file name based on the received link data when writing the image file photographed by the camera into its storage means.
