FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil industry, particularly to submersible devices for scale inhibitor supply on a surface of submersible electric motors and an input of electric rotary pumps. The device comprises a cylindrical case with radial channels in its top, and the apertures formed on a lateral surface at a lower end face, an inhibitor in the cylindrical case. Said inhibitor is dispersed in a thermoplastic matrix and has a density exceeding that of formation water.
