<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device for improving a connection structure between a hub flange and a hub bolt, and preventing deformation of the hub flange. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device includes the hub bolt 9 to be fixed to the hub flange 3b to mount a wheel. A bolt installation hole 3b1 of a shape of a round through-hole in which the hub bolt 9 is to be pressed is formed in the hub flange 3b, and a projection portion 3e is projected on a flange surface 3b2 around the bolt installation hole 3b1. The hub bolt 9 has a bolt head portion 9b on one end of a screw shaft portion 9a, and a seating surface 9b1 is formed on the side of the screw shaft portion 9a of the bolt head portion 9b. The projection portion 3e on the flange surface 3b2 is pressed on the seating surface 9b1 of the bolt head portion 9b to bite into this seating surface in the state in which the screw shaft portion 9a side of the hub bolt 9 is inserted and pressed in the bolt installation hole 3b1.
