<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize electrical corrosion prevention effect in a motor, a power generator, an air-blow apparatus and a wind power generating apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Bearings 5 and 6, arranged on both side parts of a rotor 3, are formed in a rotation axis 2 for attaining the purpose. The bearings 5 and 6 have inner rings 5a and 6a engaged with a periphery of the rotation axis 2 and outer rings 5c and 6c disposed on a rolling face 10 of the inner rings 5a and 6a via rolling bodies 5b and 6b. The outer rings 5c and 6c are energized, in the axial direction of the rotation axis 2 by an energizing body 10. Abutting spots A of the rolling bodies 5b and 6b, with respect to the rolling face 10 of the inner rings 5a and 6a and the rolling face 10 of the outer rings 5c and 6c are set. Recesses B are formed in confronted parts of the rolling face 10 of the outer rings 5c and 6c and the rolling face 10 of the inner rings 5a and 6a in a substantially vertical direction with the rotation axis 2, with respect to the abutting spots A.
