<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove attached droplets utilizing centrifugal force while keeping the field of view without cutting off the view when taking pictures. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A droplet-removing filter and a windmill are integrated. The device is constituted by an outer cylinder (3) and an interior cylinder (2) put therein. The windmill (4), a bearing (5), etc. are arranged between two cylinders. The windmill (4) is fixed and fitted in the interior cylinder. Compressed air is flowed from an external compressor to an air introduction port (7), and the compressed air hits the windmill, the movement of which turns to a high-speed rotary movement. The high-speed rotary movement is transmitted also to the interior cylinder (2) fixed to the windmill, by which the rotation is transmitted also to the window of a front section and a dish-shaped disk (filter) (1).
