PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment/detachment of a sound absorbing plate to/from a fitting beam. SOLUTION: A spring board hook 14 is fixedly warped on flanges 2, 2 of both fitting beams 1, 1 with a specified interval to fix the sound absorbing board 10 to the fitting beam 1. In this time, when the distance between the front ends of both hooks 14 is made wider than the distance from the distal end of one of the flanges 2 of the attaching beam 1 to the proximal end of the other flange 2, the hook 14 does not come out of the flange 2 and the sound absorbing board does not drop even when a bolt fixing the sound absorbing board 10 to the flange 2 comes out and the sound absorbing board 10 moves due to an earthquake or the like. The sound absorbing board is removed by pushing up a U-shaped jig 20 from below through a gap t<SB>2</SB>between adjacent sound absorbing boards 10, as shown in the drawing (a) and turning 90 degrees as shown in the chained line of the drawing and it is pushed down as shown in the drawing (b). In this time, the sound absorbing board 10 is removed by lifting the board 10 and depressing the jig 20 to deflect the hook 14 downward and make the flange 2 go over the hook. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
