PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture a shrink film with a hologram comprising a heat-shrinkable shrink film provided with a hologram. SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: imparting a hologram-forming resin 12 in a uncured state to one surface of a heat-shrinkable shrink film substrate 11 while moving the film substrate; pressing an uneven pattern-forming sheet 22 provided with an uneven pattern for a hologram to the shrink film substrate while moving the pattern-forming sheet so as to transfer the uneven pattern for a hologram to the hologram-forming resin in an uncured state; and curing the hologram-forming resin having the uneven pattern for a hologram transferred thereon, so as to form a hologram-forming layer 12a having the uneven pattern for a hologram provided on one surface of the shrink film substrate.
