<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain chain which makes constructibility superior by enabling its length to be simply and easily adjusted depending on a mounting environment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this rain chain, a rainwater guide body of a short tubular body and a rain chain element 1 for locking the rain guide body are vertically and continuously arranged. The rain chain element 1 comprises: a frame body portion 11 which has a frame F having a shaft body P in a central portion, arranged symmetrically to the shaft center and gathered at the central portions of upper and lower ends; an upper hook portion 12 which is protrusively provided at the central portion of the upper end of the frame body portion 11 in such a manner as to be directed upward in the shaft-center direction thereof; and a lower hook portion 13 which is protrusively provided at the central portion of the lower end of the frame body portion in such a manner as to be directed downward in the shaft-center direction thereof. The upper hook portion 12 of one of the rain chain elements 1 continuing in a vertical direction, and the lower hook portion 13 of another rain chain element are constituted in such a manner that either of them can be insertably/extractably hooked to another.
