<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain pulverization of solid electrolyte for a solid oxide fuel battery. <P>SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel battery is provided with an air electrode as perovskite oxide containing Fe, an air electrode catalyst layer arranged at the air electrode, solid electrolyte arranged at the air electrode catalyst layer, a fuel electrode arranged at the solid electrolyte, of which, the air electrode catalyst layer has perovskite oxide at least containing Fe, and the solid electrolyte is a solid oxide fuel battery cell at least containing YSZ. The solid electrolyte has an exposed part where no fuel electrodes are arranged, that exposed part containing YSZ and ScSZ of that exposed part having a part with a lattice constant exceeding 0.513180 nm measured by the Rietveld method, whereby, pulverization of the solid electrolyte is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
