<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a reminding notification in timing proper to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A context of the user is obtained by a context acquisition block 12, and the obtained context is input to a prepared evaluation function. An evaluation value calculated thereby is newly introduced as an index for determining the timing of the reminding notification.
