PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based eye liner cosmetic product having excellent line-drawing usability without causing running at a texture, wrinkle, etc., of a horny cell layer, giving good luster, exhibiting makeup-maintaining effect to prevent partial peeling of a cosmetic film caused by running with sebum and continuous motions such as blinking and, nevertheless, having excellent cleansing easiness. SOLUTION: The oil-based eye liner cosmetic product is compounded with a silicone resin comprising component (A); an R<SP>1</SP>SiO<SB>1.5</SB>unit and an R<SP>2</SP><SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>0.5</SB>unit (in the formulas, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group).
