<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage supply circuit which enables low current consumption with a very simple circuit configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The voltage supply circuit generates a plurality of supply voltages (V1 to V5) having different values. The voltage supply circuit includes: a logic circuit part (inverters IL 0-1, IL 0-2, IH 0-1 and IH 0-2); and a charge/discharge circuit part (P-channel MOS transistor P0 and N-channel MOS transistor N0), in which the charge operation is on/off controlled by the output of one side of the logic circuit part, the discharge operation is on/off controlled by the output of the other side of the logic circuit, and an own output voltage serves as a supply voltage, and an input to the logic circuit part, and the logical circuit part and the charge/discharge circuit part are shared when generating the plurality of voltages having different values.
