PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incandescent lamp heater device in which cooling capacity of a seal part of the incandescent lamp is promoted and which can withstand a high power output. SOLUTION: In a halogen lamp heater device 1 equipped with a halogen lamp 5 having the seal parts 41 at both end parts 11A, 11B of glass made tubular body 9, a filament 43 arranged inside the glass made tubular body 9 in which a metal foil part 45 connected to the filament 43 via an interior lead wire 44 is arranged in the seal part 41, and a lamp body 3 to house the halogen lamp 5, a seal part housing part 53 that partitions between the seal part 41 of the halogen lamp 5 and the filament 43 and houses the seal part 41 is installed, while ventilating holes 55, 57 are formed at least at two places of the seal part housing part 53.
