The cooler has a cooler mounting with continuous longitudinal channels that pass over entire length. Spiral grooves are implemented at ends of the channels. The channels are connected in cavities at lower and upper front surfaces of the cooler. Heat pipes in the channels are laid in the foot and in upper areas of the cooler.
