A configurable processor architecture, includes a configurable controlling component and a configurable component which connect to each other. The configurable controlling component is used for executing instructions to send the configuration information to the configurable component, and the configurable component is used for performing a process task according to the configuration information. A controlling method for the configurable processor includes the following steps: the configurable controlling component sending the configuration information to the configurable component, and the configurable component performing the corresponding operation according to the configuration information.
