<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic sign body for a road wherein a plurality of base shapes are selectable by one kind of the traffic sign body. <P>SOLUTION: In the traffic sign body for the road which includes a columnar-shaped body 1 and a first base 3 supporting and fixing the lower end of the body, an anchor bolt 5 is provided at the lower end of the first base 3 so as to be fixed to the road surface. Also, a second base 6 is formed separately from the first base 3, and on its upper surface a recess into which the lower portion of the base 3 can be inserted is formed. Furthermore, the bottom face has a through-hole 61 into which the anchor bolt 5 passes through and reaches the undersurface of the second base 6. Thus, the lower end of the first base 3 is inserted into the recess, and the anchor bolt 5 inserted into the through-hole 61 is detachably screwed with an anchor nut which is embedded in and fixed under the road surface, so that the first base 3 and the second base 6 can be fixed to the road surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
