<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail distribution server, method, and system which implement the role of e-mail by transferring even e-mails to users in a region wherein a disasters has occurred, who do not receive e-mails, when necessary. <P>SOLUTION: The e-mail distribution server 10 receives occurrence information including disaster occurrence region information, receives position information of a portable terminal of a preliminarily designated user out of users, confirms whether the position of the portable terminal indicated by the received position information is within a disaster occurrence region indicated by the received disaster occurrence region information, transmits safety information of the portable terminal of the user confirmed to be within the disaster occurrence region, confirms whether a reply to the transmitted safety information is received within a prescribed time or not, and switches to a transfer mode wherein an e-mail transmitted to a user from whom a reply is not received within the prescribed time is transferred to another user on the basis of a transfer destination order DB 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
