摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a water flow rate for a reforming steam of a fuel cell in which the water flow rate for the reforming steam can be controlled without using a water flowmeter for the reforming steam that is expensive and that can cause malfunctions, and without being affected by pressure changes or performance changes with time on a downstream side of a water supply pump for the reforming steam. <P>SOLUTION: After the water flowmeter for the reforming steam of a conventional fuel cell power generating device has been removed, a temperature control point 14 is installed in a steam generator 2. In a control device 13, a temperature of the temperature control point 14 is measured by a temperature-measuring apparatus 19, and a voltage of the water supply pump 8 for the reforming steam is increased or decreased so that the temperature will reach the constant temperature specified by a specific load rate. As a result, without using the water flowmeter 25 for the reforming steam which is expensive and which can cause the malfunctions, and without being affected by the pressure changes or the performance changes with time on the downstream side of the water supply pump 8 for the reforming steam, the control method of the water flow rate for the reforming steam of the fuel cell can be provided in which the flow rate of the water for the reforming steam can be controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
