PURPOSE: A CAN communications device is provided to increase the signal stability by arranging end resistors inside an OBD(On Board Diagnosis) terminal. CONSTITUTION: A CAN communications device comprises a terminating resistance inserted inside of an OBD terminal. The OBD terminal comprises two terminal core units(52), a resistor substrate(51), and a lid(53). An OBD device is inserted into two terminal core units and two terminal deep units have function as the signal delivery passage. The register substrate is located between terminal core units and serves as a resistant. The lid interlinks the terminal core units to the wires of vehicles.
