PURPOSE: A make-up cosmetic composition containing titanium dioxide is provided to prevent white cloudy phenomenon and to express natural make-up. CONSTITUTION: A make-up cosmetic composition comprises capsules containing 20-80 weight% of titanium dioxide. The capsule contains 1.0-40.0 weight% based on total weight of the composition. The particle diameter of the capsule is 200nm-3um. The particle diameter of titanium dioxide is 10-100 nm. The capsule further contains 0.1-30 weight% of ferric oxide. The composition is formulated in face powder, compact, powder foundation, two way cake, liquid foundation, cream foundation, or make-up base.
