PURPOSE: A gas lifter and a link device for a trunk lid is provided to improve reliability of a gas lifter by appropriately compensating the change of action force of the gas lifter according to temperature to apply fixed action force. CONSTITUTION: A gas lifter and a link device for a trunk lid comprise an upper bracket(110), a lower bracket(120), and first and second links(130,140). The upper bracket is fixed and coupled with the interior panel of a trunk lid(20). The lower bracket is fixed and coupled with a body(30) of the trunk. The first and the second link are respectively link-connected at the both ends of the upper bracket and the lower bracket. A gas lifter(150) is installed between the upper bracket and the lower bracket to increase the openness of the trunk lid. The gas lifter comprises a cylinder(151), a rod(152), and an elastic member(153).
