PURPOSE: A rotatable and separable traffic lane delineator is provided to easily replace and maintain the traffic lane delineator with cheap costs without damage to the ground, and to improve visibility. CONSTITUTION: A rotatable and separable traffic lane delineator(100) comprises a fixing member(200), a support member(300), and a rotating member(400). The support member is connected with the fixing member, and is protruded from the ground. The rotating member comprises a body(410), wings(420), and reflective papers(430). The wings are protruded from the outer surface of the body. The reflective papers are attached on the outer surface of the body and the wings, and reflect light.
