PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer having a structure capable of raising durability of a wiring cable or an ink supplying tube without burdening a carriage. SOLUTION: This printer comprises a print head 121 that performs printing by moving to a recording medium, an ink cartridge 140 for holding and reserving a liquid ink to be supplied to the print head 121, an ink supplying tube 123 for supplying the liquid ink from the ink cartridge to the print head 121 and an FPC 150 of a wiring member for transmitting an electric signal to the print head 121. The ink supplying tube 123 and FPC 150 are constituted so as to cooperate with each other during the movement of the print head 121. A protection film 160 is provided at a side in proximity to an inner wall of a housing in order to block the contact of the ink supplying tube 123 and FPC 150 connected between the print head 121 and ink cartridge 140 to the inner wall of housing. |
