PURPOSE: A golf ball liner is provided to enable a player to accurately send a golf ball to a desired direction, and to simply draw a direction guiding line on the surface of the golf ball. CONSTITUTION: A golf ball liner(100) comprises the following: a fixed body(110) including fixing pads(112a,112b) to fix a golf ball not to move; a rotating body(120) formed with the same small diameter with the fixed body, and rotating around the surface of the golf ball while being supported to rotate around both ends of the fixed body as an axis; and more than one pen(122) to mark a direction guiding line on the surface of the golf ball while contacting the surface of the ball.
