A device for aiding the user with their memory is provided, the device comprising a body 4; and a plurality of members 12 retained by the body 4; each member 12 having a first condition to 12a provide a first indication to the user and a second condition 12b to provide a second indication to the user, each member 12 being operable by the user to reversibly and repeatedly change the condition of the member 12 between the first condition 12a and the second condition 12b. In one arrangement, the device is in the form of a card with domes 12 of deformable plastic. In a second arrangement, the members (120, 240, Figs 2 and 5) are moveable or removable with respect to the body 4, the position and/or orientation of the members (120, 240, Figs 2 and 5) indicating the condition. The first and second conditions may be indicated visually and/or by touch to the user. |
