PURPOSE:To keep filtering condition always good and treat original solution quickly by supplying fluid into a fluid chamber provided in the circumference of the filtering chamber and separating the residue from the filter cloth forcing the original solution between the residue and filter cloth after pressing the residue formed in the filtering chamber to a lump. CONSTITUTION:The original solution is forced into a filtering chamber A from conduct tubes 7, 11 through holes 5a, 9a, and filtration is performed in a state that a rubber bag 2, a net that passes water 3 and a filter cloth 4 are pressed to the inner circumference of the filter body. Then, filtered water that passes through the net 3 is led to a collecting tube 14. When a layer of residue is formed and adhered on the surface of the filter cloth 4 by filtration, fluid such as water is forced into fluid chambers B etc. in the bags 2 etc. through the supply tube 12 and conduct tube 13. Consequently, the chamber A is pressed and the original solution in the chamber A which is not filtered is discharged from the tubes 7, 11, and the residue adhered to the filter cloth 4 is press- hardened into a lamp. Then, pressure feeding of water is stopped and the water is flowed backward from the chamber B to the tube 12 to fill the chamber A with the original solution. The original solution is injected between the residue Sa which is made into a lump and the filter cloth 4 to separate the residue Sa from the filter cloth 4, and a new layer of residue is formed on the surface of the filter cloth 4. |
