A single-shaft blade vibrating concrete mixer includes a cylindrical housing with loading and unloading openings, and a central blade shaft mounted in bearing supports located beyond the mixing area. In the wall of cylindrical housing from the side of penetration of blades into the cement mixture a longitudinal opening is additionally made, in which a vibration damper is mounted by means of elastic gaskets, which is equipped with a vibroexciter of circular oscillations. The internal surface of vibration damper is designed as a cylindrical surface with a central angle α = 55-90 ° and a radius equal to the inner surface of the mixer housing, and has a length in longitudinal direction, which makes 0,8-0,95 of the length of internal surface of the mixer housing, and the vibration damper is oriented so that the central angle between the vertical line passing through the axis of rotation of the a blade shaft and a line connecting the upper edge of the vibration damper to the axis of rotation of the blade shaft is equal to &bgr;=75-105 °. |
