PURPOSE: A high voltage generator including a charge pump is provided to reduce the range difference of a pumping voltage by varying the number of a pumping part which is used for the pumping operation according to the range of power voltage. CONSTITUTION: A charge pump(510) comprises a fixed pumping part and a variable pumping part. The fixed pumping part executes a pumping operation regardless of a power voltage. The variable pumping part variably executes the pumping operation according to the power voltage. A clock driving part comprises a fixed clock driving part and a variable clock driving part. The fixed clock driving part(522) outputs a first clock signal and a second clock signal applied to a plurality of fixed pumping parts. The variable clock driving part changeably outputs the first clock signal and the second clock signal applied to a plurality of variable pumping parts according to the power voltage. A pump regulator(530) compares the output voltage of the charge pump with a reference voltage. |
