METHOD FOR CONNECTION OF BODY OF FIBERGLASS-PLASTIC PUMP ROD TO STEEL HEAD

摘要

A method for connection of body of fiberglass-plastic pump rod to steel head includes placement of polymer rod to socket of steel head of rod till support and realization of uniform pressing by punches in radial direction. At the bottom of the socket of steel head one provides wedges filled with adhesive material. Inside the fiberglass-plastic rod one installs protective spacer, with placement of the rod to the socket of steel head. From outside joint unit is reinforced with a retainer ring. After that the joint is pressed by punches.
